All wedding invitation cards are made-to-order as per customer preferences.
You are responsible for providing accurate customization details such as names, event date, venue, etc.
We are not liable for spelling or content errors provided by the customer.

3. Order Process

Orders can be placed online through the website.
Full or partial payment may be required to confirm the order.
Once the order is confirmed and printing begins, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. We do not store your payment information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer delivery only within Goa.
Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on the location and order volume.
Delivery delays due to weather, holidays, or courier issues are not our responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

Since our products are personalized, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing or printing defect.
In case of a valid issue, we may offer a free reprint or partial refund based on the case.
All concerns must be raised within 2 days of delivery with supporting photos.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content including images, designs, and logos are the property of Lagna Patrika.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits, or reputation resulting from the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for the order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
