Payment Policy

At Lagna Patrika, we aim to provide a smooth and secure payment experience for our customers. This Payment Policy outlines the available payment methods, safety practices, and terms related to payments for your orders.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)

  • Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)

  • Net Banking (All major Indian banks)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)Only available in select locations within Goa

  • Bank Transfer / NEFT – Available upon request for bulk/custom orders

All online transactions are processed via secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay or Paytm.


2. Secure Payment Processing

Your payment details are encrypted and securely processed through verified gateways. Lagna Patrika does not store or access your card, UPI, or banking information.

All transactions follow industry-standard SSL encryption and comply with the latest security protocols to ensure your data is protected.


3. Advance & Full Payment

🟢 Standard Orders:

  • We may require 100% advance payment before processing printing.

🟡 Customized or Bulk Orders:

  • 50% advance is required to confirm the order.

  • Remaining 50% must be paid before delivery or at the time of delivery (for COD-eligible areas).

Your order will only be confirmed once the initial payment is received.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only in Madgaon and selected parts of Goa.

  • A minimum ₹100 advance booking amount may be required for COD orders.

  • The remaining amount is payable to the delivery agent upon receiving your order.


5. Invoice and Confirmation

After your payment is confirmed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

  • A digital invoice will also be shared for your records.


6. Payment Issues & Support

If you face any payment failure or delay:

  • Please check if the amount was deducted.

  • Contact us with the transaction reference ID and your order details.

We’ll verify the issue with the payment gateway and resolve it within 24–48 hours.
