1. Delivery Area: Goa Only

We currently deliver only within Goa. Orders placed from other states or regions cannot be processed.

We cover all major areas in Goa including:

Madgaon
Panaji
Vasco da Gama
Mapusa
Ponda
Margao
Calangute
Bicholim
And nearby towns & villages

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days
Delivery time may vary based on your location and order volume
Custom orders or large quantities may require additional processing time

3. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted local courier services and delivery partners to ensure your wedding cards reach you safely and on time.

Our team will provide delivery updates via phone, WhatsApp, or SMS once your order is shipped.

4. Delivery Charges

Madgaon Area: Free delivery
Other Goa Locations: ₹50 to ₹100 depending on distance
Delivery charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before final payment

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, we may provide a tracking number or direct contact with the delivery executive for smoother coordination.

6. Packaging

All invitation cards are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days with photos for resolution.
