Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us via WhatsApp or call at 📞 9145064559.

• After 2 hours, orders for customized products cannot be cancelled as we begin processing and printing your items immediately.

• For non-customized products, cancellation requests after processing will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped.

Refund Policy

• Customized products (e.g. personalised wedding invitation cards, gifts with names) are not eligible for refunds unless:

  • The item is damaged during delivery (with unboxing video proof).

  • There is a printing error from our side (wrong name, date, or design different from order confirmation).

• For eligible refund cases:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos/videos showing the issue.

  • Once verified, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.

Return Policy

• As we sell personalised and made-to-order items, returns are not accepted unless the item received is damaged or incorrect as per the above conditions.

Delivery Policy

• We currently deliver only within Goa.

• Delivery timelines will be informed at the time of order confirmation, generally within 2-5 working days depending on design approval and printing time.
